All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by
competent reviewers. The accepted and registered papers can be
published in one of the following Proceedings / Journals:
Option One - AIP Conference Proceedings (ISSN: 0094-243X, E-ISSN: 1551-7616)
Conference Proceedings which are currently indexed in the following
Scopus (Elsevier); The Conference Proceedings Citation Index (part of Web of Science); Inspec
Option Two - International Journal
International Journal of Materials, Mechanics and Manufacturing (IJMMM, ISSN: 1793-8198), which can be included in and indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), Engineering & Technology Digital Library, ProQuest, Crossref, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, DOAJ, and Electronic Journals Library.
1. Publication is only for full papers. Abstract only cannot be published, but we do welcome your abstract submission for presentation only.
2. Submissions to ICNST 2018 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. If your paper has previously been published as a working paper or a pre-print, you will be asked to describe this as part of the submission process. Of course, this kind of paper cannot be published.
3. Ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is strictly forbidden, we resolutely opposes it. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
a. The article will be rejected or be deleted from the final publications.
b. The authors' supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)/Universities will be informed about their/his/her act of plagiarism
c. The authors' act of plagiarism will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
